How does De Noodzaak counseling handle your privacy?
Privacy statement
De Noodzaak counseling is responsible for the processing of your personal data. This privacy policy applies when you register as a client of De Noodzaak counseling or when you contact me (via email or telephone).
In order for my website to function properly, it uses cookies, which you receive as soon as you visit my website. My website uses Google Analytics cookies. I have concluded a processor agreement with Google for this. Google does not store the last part of your IP Address. I have turned off ‘sharing data’ and I do not use other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies.
Personal data is all data that can be traced back to you as an individual (such as name, telephone number, address or email address). If you register as a client with De Noodzaak counseling, I will process some of you data in my client file. I will then save your name, address and telephone number. With bank transfers, your payment details are also saved. This data is used for invoices and for making (or rescheduling) appointments. De Noodzaak counseling stores this data according to the statutory period of 7 years and it is only shared with the accountant of De Noodzaak counseling. De Noodzaak counseling will only share your data with the relevant authorities when it is legally required.
In case you contact me but not to become a client, I will delete your data.
Both the personal data and the back-up thereof are secured by means of encryption, among other things.

Right to correction (you may have data corrected if it is not correct).
Right to object (you may object to the processing of your data).

Right to submit a complaint (if you have a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, I would appreciate it if you contact me. You have the right to contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority at all times).
